5- ACCU-DRESS-MEN
A standard dress orthotic used in all applications for patients needing control.  Indicated for plantar fasciitis, pronation and first MPJ pain.

Best used for men who need a dress orthotic for a loafer style shoes.

Material: 4mm RCH 500; also available in graphite.

Posting: Standard intrinsic rearfoot, intrinsic forefoot.
Covering: Spenco® or vinyl.

6- ACCU-COBRA
This classic cobra-style design is a multi-functional device manufactured and     engineered to fit comfortably in the woman’s dress shoes high heels more than 2”.  The cobra pattern allows for maximum transference of the device to many different styles of shoes.

Material: 3mm RCH 500, fully posted from forefoot to rearfoot for maximum   control of pronation.
Covering: Spenco® or vinyl.

Usage: Cobra pattern used to maximize the control in any shoe type: high heels more than 2” which has a limited heel area.  For all patient’s weights.

8- ACCU-CASUAL-WOMEN- PLUS
An elegant answer for women’s high-heeled open-backed shoes.  Recommended for women who can’t wear a functional device because of shoe restrictions but  need control in a heel.

Material: 3mm RCH 500

Posting: Intrinsic forefoot and intrinsic rearfoot
Covering: Spenco® or vinyl.

Usage: Women’s shoes up to a 2” heel (open-back shoes).  For women  that may weight > 165 lbs.
